Recently, a Reddit user shared a video of Kajol wherein she is seen promoting her latest web series, The Trial: Pyaar Kaanoon Dhokha. During the interview, the actress revealed, “I think jo sikh meri maa ne mujhe di hai, hope ki atleast uski 20,25,30 percent apne baby ko fe saku toh mujhe lagta hai ki maine matlb bahut bahut bada kaam kiya hai.”
Kajol was further questioned about the overruling paparazzi culture and how her daughter handles it when she gets spotted. Responding to it, Kajol recalled an incident and shared:
“I think that i cannot give her any tips on kyunki mujhe lagta hai wo usne experience ke sath hi sikha hai. Pehela experience tha jab wo 2saal ki thi aur humlog jaipur mein gaye the, aur kuch 20-25 log aa gaya, gher liya, uss waqt hum security etc ke sath travel nhi karte the, gher liya, chillana shuru kar diya, and she burst out crying at that time. She was just two.”
Kajol lauds her daughter’s behavior of treating paps this way
Continuing the conversation, Kajol said, “Toh maine baas uthake usko and walked straight into the car, and maine usko kaha ‘baby its okay, they don’t mean you harm, it’s just their job, ye unka kaam hai, its okay and next time I carry you out aesa nhi hoga.’ And aap dekhoge jahape aesa hoga, main apne bachcho ko jyadatar durr hi rakha hai aese cheejo se.”
The actress was further asked if Nysa feels comfortable now. To this, Kajol lauded her daughter’s nature and said:
“She is better now, and she has learned to handle it better. And i have to say it, not handling it better, she is handling very well. She is handling to lot more grace and dignity. Agar mera bass chalta, mai uski jagah hoti toh mera chappal bohot pehle nikal chuka hota.”

As soon as Kajol’s video went viral, netizens brutally trolled the actress for her statement. Reacting to the video, one user wrote, “Kajol, nobody gives a f about your daughter. It is you who is shoving her under our throats with her party outings and drunk photos or the mandir ones. I will say it again. Nobody cares!” Another user commented, “Just Shut Up kajol.. In your language – Bakwas band karo aur dafo ho jao.”
A third user wrote, “These people call the paps on themselves and then talk about mera chappal bhot pehle whatever. Such crap. Everytime Nysa is a drunk mess, Kajol calls the paps the next day to get pics of her at the mandir. Let’s be fr here.”
