Shaitaan Box Office Collection Day 6: Stays Over 6 Crores On Wednesday
On its sixth day in theatres, Shaitaan stayed over 6 crores mark and brought in 6.27 crores more. This is a really good number since on Tuesday, the film had netted 6.57 crores, and hence the drop is hardly there. This was on the cards as well since, on Tuesday, the film had dropped a bit compared to Monday, so some sort of stabilization was bound to come.
Anything over and above the 6 crores mark on Wednesday would have been a good total for Shaitaan, and thankfully, that has come now. This also ensures that even if a drop comes in today, at the very least, 5.50 crores will still come in, and that would be healthy enough. The film has now also crossed the 75 crore mark in six days, with a total reading of 75.78 crores. Now, this further guarantees that the first week would close in excess of 80 crores.
Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan have good success in the making here, and given the kind of genre and subject that it explores, had 80 crores been the lifetime total of the film, then even that would not have been bad at all. Here, a lot more is still to come in, and all of these are bonus numbers that will add to the profits. Ajay Devgn has multiple releases lined up in 2024, and a start like Shaitaan boosts the morale of the entire industry.
