Brad Pitt Prays For Son Pax’s Recovery After His Terrible e-Bike Accident

Angelina Jolie reportedly rushed to be by his side as soon as she heard the news, and all of Pax’s siblings visited him during his hospital stay.
Although the relationship between Brad Pitt and his son Pax remains tense, sources close to the family made sure that the Bullet Train actor is kept informed about his son’s condition. According to a source who spoke with the New York Post, Pax’s recovery after his accident is “continuing to go in the right direction.” “He wants his son to get to a good place,” the source shared. The incident that led to Pax’s injuries took place on July 29, when he collided with a car while riding his e-bike in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood. The impact was severe, and onlookers feared for the worst, with some even thinking Pax might be “dead.”
“His mouth was filled with blood. When he was trying to speak, I saw a little tiny stream of blood coming out of the mouth,” one bystander who assisted at the scene told Entertainment Tonight. Paramedics arrived quickly and transported Pax to a nearby hospital, where he was admitted to the ICU with a serious head injury, a minor brain bleed and a hip injury. Doctors diagnosed him with “complex trauma,” and he remained in the ICU for a week before being released on August 5, informed NYP.

Earlier this month, a source told People that the mother and son were “deeply grateful for the quick and life-saving action of first responders, and the outstanding medical care he received.”
On the other hand, the Wolfs actor was “shocked and emotional” upon learning of the accident and was “extremely concerned” about Pax’s condition, according to TMZ. However, he has been kept updated with a “steady flow of information” from “concerned people around the family” since the crash.
Meanwhile, Pitt’s daughter Shiloh has legally dropped her father’s last name. After filing a petition to change her surname on her birthday in May, a judge granted her request, and she is now officially known as Shiloh Jolie.
Pitt and Jolie share four children in addition to Pax and Shiloh – Maddox, 23, Zahara, 19 and twins Knox and Vivienne, 16. Jolie had adopted Pax in 2007 when he was just 3 years old. Later, Pitt legally adopted Pax in 2008.
