Veteran actor Tiku Talsania suffered a massive heart attack on Friday, January 10. He is currently hospitalised and is undergoing treatment. His daughter Shikha has shared his health update today and also thanked fans for their prayer. She has mentioned that the actor is doing much better now and is recuperating.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Shikha wrote, “Thank you for all your prayers and concern. Its been an emotional time for all of us but we are happy to share that dad is doing much better now and is recuperating well. We are grateful to the Doctors and Staff at Kokilaben Ambani hospital for everything that they have done and to his fans for all the love thats come our way in abundance.”

Tiku Talsania is a prominent name in the entertainment world. He is known for his rib-tickling performances in comedy classics like Andaz Apna Apna, Ishq, Jodi No. 1 and Partner among others. He has even shared the screen with big names, including Shah Rukh Khan in Devdas.
Tiku was also known in the television industry. He worked in multiple popular shows like Sajan Re Phir Jhoot Mat Bolo, Yeh Chanda Kanoon Hai, Ek Se Badhkar Ek and Zamana Badal Gaya Hai.

In the same year, Talsania ruled headlines after he labelled himself as “slightly Jobless” in an interview. “Gone are the times where there used to be formula films with cabaret dance, two love songs, and the comedian coming and doing his bit and going away. That all has changed now. It is become story-oriented. So unless and until you become a part of the story or you get to play a character of a person whose story is knitted with the story, you don’t get work. I am slightly jobless right now. I want to work, but the right kinds of roles are not coming my way,” he told The Indian Express.
