Rashmika Mandanna, set to star in Chhaava, has been absent from several promotional events due to a leg injury. The actress, previously seen in a wheelchair, was recently spotted at the airport, much to the joy of her fans. Showing significant recovery, she walked inside without assistance and even took a moment to pose for the paparazzi, flashing a bright smile.

Rashmika sustained a major leg injury while working out in the gym earlier in January. Despite the setback, she has continued to fulfil most of her work commitments. For her latest appearance, she opted for a casual yet stylish look, pairing a Chhaava-themed t-shirt with relaxed, baggy denim.

Recently, Rashmika Mandanna accompanied Vicky Kaushal to the promotional event for their forthcoming film Chhaava at Chitra Cinema in Dadar, Mumbai. The actress, who had missed the previous several promotional events, seemed quite excited to meet her fans who cheered for her loudly. Even Vicky urged the crowd to cheer for her as this time he was not there alone. He stated, “Aaj akela nahi aaya hu. Aaj Maharani ko saath me laya hu. Maharani Hyderabad se specially aali aamchya saathi. (I haven’t come alone today. I have brought along Maharani from Hyderabad, especially for us).” After this, the actress addressed the crowd, saying “Kaise hain aap? Sab theek? (How are you all? All good?) Thank you so much for coming here, enjoying this party with us.”

Chhaava is a historical drama about the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Vicky Kaushal will play Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the eldest son of the Maratha Empire’s founder. The film also stars Ashutosh Rana and Divya Dutta in significant roles. The trailer for Chhaava depicts a brutal conflict between the Marathas and the Mughals. As the Marathas strive for Swaraj, a vision of freedom and safety for everyone, the Mughal empire stands firm, vowing to crush any revolt against its control. The film promises to be full of suspense, warning of the silent but deadly pursuit that awaits those who reject the empire.

Rashmika is currently enjoying the success of her film Pushpa 2: The Rule, which also stars Allu Arjun. She’ll next be seen opposite Salman Khan in Sikandar.
