Industrialist Nikhil Nanda has been booked in a case of fraud and abetment to suicide, according to reports. The authorities are reportedly investigating the matter. Nanda is the chairman and managing director of Escorts Kubota. As per a report by ETV Bharat, authorities in Uttar Pradesh’s Badaun district have filed a case against Nikhil Nanda and multiple executives from a tractor company. The case has been registered by the Dataganj Police, bringing the matter under official investigation.
