After Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan to head to Jaipur again for Bhooth Bangla

Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar and director Priyadarshan are collaborating yet again on the horror comedy, Bhooth Bangla. The duo recently started filming this new horror fantasy comedy in Mumbai, and the first schedule has been wrapped. Now we have the latest update on the second schedule of the film.

Akshay Kumar-Priyadarshan’s horror-comedy Bhooth Bangla shifts to 2026

Khiladi Kumar and Priyadarshan are all set to take a new turn as they kick off the Jaipur schedule for their upcoming film, Bhooth Bangla. After beginning filming in Mumbai last month, the team is now heading to the Pink City, where the next chapter of the horror-comedy will unfold. 

According to sources, the Jaipur schedule is expected to include several outdoor shoots in the city’s iconic locales, adding some cultural backdrop to the film. Many of you may know that Akshay and Priyadarshan shot for one of their most popular films, Bhool Bhulaiyaa (2007), in the Pink City. Fans can expect a similar kind of magic from the duo once again. From what we know, this time, the fantasy elements will be mixed with traditional horror and a lot of comedy.

Directed by Priyadarshan, Bhooth Bangla stars Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, and Wamiqa Gabbi. The film is scheduled to be released on April 2, 2026.
