1. Akshay Kumar
Akshay Kumar, who belongs to New Delhi (Chandni Chowk) but shifted to Mumbai later, initially worked as a waiter and dishwasher in Bangkok. But after beating all the hurdles, he achieved success in the showbiz. Akshay debuted in Bollywood in 1991 with the film Saugandh. But he got his breakthrough with the suspense thriller Khiladi in 1992 and he has never looked back since then.
2. Rajinikanth
Superstar Rajinikanth needs no introduction. But before achieving fame, he worked for the Bangalore Transport Service as a bus conductor. According to reports, he became the highest-paid actor in Asia after Jackie Chan. Despite being so successful, reports say that even today, he goes to the bus stand from where he used to take his bus.
3. Shah Rukh Khan
‘Bollywood badshah’ Shah Rukh Khan was 23 when he entered the entertainment industry. Initially, he started his career as a TV actor. He appeared in popular serials like Circus and Fauji, to name a few. Later, after a long struggle, he made his Bollywood debut in 1992 with Deewana. But he gained popularity with the film Baazigar, released in 1993.
4. Nawazuddin Siddiqui
Nawazuddin Siddiqui belongs to a farmer family living in the small town of Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh. He completed his graduation from Haridwar. As per reports, he started his career as a chemist for a petrochemical company. Later, he became a watchman to earn a living and feed his family. From being a watchman to becoming a Bollywood actor, his journey was challenging. The actor debuted in 1999 with a small role in the Aamir Khan-starrer Sarfarosh.
