Allu Arjun’s father Allu Aravind visited the Hyderabad hospital on Wednesday to take stock of the child’s situation who was injured in the stampede that took place on December 4 during the screening of Pushpa 2: The Rule. Reportedly, the Telugu star’s father also met the father and husband of the deceased woman in the hospital.

Vignesh Shivan took to his Instagram handle on Wednesday and dropped an adorable video featuring his actress wife, Nayanthara. Aamir Khan-produced Laapataa Ladies is out of the Oscar 2025 race. The film, directed by Kiran Rao, was India’s official submission for the Best International Feature category. On Tuesday, The Academy announced the films shortlisted in the category and Laapataa Ladies (name changed to Lost Ladies for the international audience) did not make the cut. Grammy Award winner Ricky Kej is one of the first people to react to the snub. He took to X and shared that Laapataa Ladies was the ‘wrong choice’ to represent India at the prestigious awards show.
