In this candid conversation, Rasha opened up about her educational journey—what she is currently studying and how she balanced academics alongside filming. She also shared her experiences managing a demanding schedule, recalling moments of ‘study crisis’ while juggling shooting and promotions for Azaad.
Rasha said – “My boards went well, better than I thought. Ever since the beginning, my mom and dad have always been really focused on my education. I’ll never stop, my education has to be completed. I’m studying business management; marketing, accounts, all of that.“

Azaad Star Rasha Thadani On Coursework Panic During Promotions – ‘I Was Seated For Make-up, Teacher Said Submit By 1’
“We went to Udaipur for a week and had two horse riding lessons before the Azaad shoot started. So after we finished our morning riding lessons, we would come back to the hotel, I would study for an hour, eat lunch, and then go to sleep.
It was an everyday thing, and when the shoot started, it felt like whenever I had free time, I had to jump on it. You know how it is—no messing around, just gotta nail it. So, I gave it my all, and it worked out.“
She added – “There was a stressful situation where I reached the hotel to do promotions and I was getting ready when my teacher called to say that the coursework is due today at 1 PM. I didn’t have my laptop, and all my notes were at home. I had just been seated for hair and make-up. But somehow, I managed it by calling Mom, and she submitted it for me from the laptop at home. So that got sorted out.”

“I remember when we were shooting for Uyi Amma, I was studying while rehearsing. We shot the song for three days. The day after that, I had my first exam – accounts paper. So, I remember going home, and I was so tired. I was like, ‘I have to submit the paper before 1.’ I somehow got up, wrote the paper, and went back to sleep, actually tired.”
