Director Shameer’s Next, An Intense Court Drama, Is Titled Aneethi

The inaugural ceremony of Aneethi, an upcoming cinematic venture produced by Basheer KK and Bismith NP under Way Two Films Entertainments, took place at Ernakulam Mermaid Hotel. Directed by K Shameer, known for his work in movies like Oru Jati Manman and Gauri, the film features a young cast. Described as an intense courtroom drama, the screenplay for the film is penned by Bismith Nilambur and Jasmin Jas.
Co-producers Zubair Moulin, Mustaq Koonathil, Irshad PM, and Sagir Eyalil are collaborating for Aneethi. Shaheen Siddique, Kichu Tellus, Vishnu Joshi from Bigg Boss, Ramya Panicker, and Tanha Fatima are set to take on lead roles in the film, with the cast, including the heroine and hero, already finalized. The primary shooting locations for the film will be Ernakulam, Aluva, and Wayanad, with filming scheduled to commence at the start of April.
Rajesh Raman serves as the cinematographer for the film, with Tahir Hamza handling editing duties. Nidhin George is responsible for the music, while Rafeeq Ahmed provides the lyrics. Liju Naderi is the project designer, and Binu Murali takes charge as the production controller.

Director Shameer embarked on his career as an editor, initially working on ad films and albums. He later transitioned to the Tamil film industry, where he served as an assistant editor to the acclaimed film editor, the late Kishore Te. Muhammed’s contributions include spot editing for various notable films such as Grandmaster (2012), Jawan of Vellimala (2012), I Love Me (2012), Nee Ko Nja Cha (2013), Kalimannu (2013), Memories (2013), Balyakalasakhi (2014), Salaam Kashmir (2014), and Ennu Ninte Moideen (2015). Additionally, he handled the editing of fight sequences for films like Gabbar is Back (2015), Valiyavan (2015), Sandamarutham (2015), and Singam 3 (2017). Muhammed also has experience editing advertisements for various multinational brands and has crafted over 15 trailers.
