Divyanka Tripathi Has a Terrible Fall, Breaks 2 Bones; Vivek Dahiya Shares X Ray and Health Update

Vivek Dahiya took to his Instagram stories on Friday afternoon to share his actress-wife Divyanka Tripathi’s health update. He revealed that Divyanka fell from a height due to which she broke two of her bones. He further shared that the actress was advised an immediate surgery by doctors. Vivek stated that even though Divyanka is currently in pain, she will recover soon.

“Divyanka is on her road to recovery. A mishap occurred last evening where she fell from a height due to which she broke both her forearm bones and was advised immediate surgery,” Vivek wrote.

“We appreciate all the love and prayers being bestowed upon us it means a lot. To all our fans and media friends thank you for the immense love and concern,” he continued.

“While Divyanka is in pain but only to recover from it hereon we would love from her to do so in the privacy of her home and family,” Vivek concluded.

On Thursday night, Divyanka Tripathi’s team shared the news of her accident on their Instagram handle. Even though the PR team did not divulge too many details, they revealed that the actress is “under medical care”.

“We’re sorry to announce that Vivek’s live session scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed till further notice. Divyanka had an accident a few hours back and is now under medical care. Vivek is with her as she recovers. We thank you for your understanding and support. And join us in wishing Divyanka a speedy recovery. Vivek is eager to connect with all of you soon,” the Soapbox PR team wrote on its official Instagram handle.

Vivek Dahiya and Divyanka Tripathi met on the sets of their popular television show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and hit it off instantly. They tied the knot on July 8, 2016. While Divyanka made her television debut in 2006 with the drama Banoo Main Teri Dulhann, Vivek’s first television role came in 2013 as the lead in Yeh Hai Aashiqui. They also participated together in Nach Baliye 8.

Divyanka Tripathi is currently seen in ‘Adrishyam’ as Inspector Parvati Sehgal. It also features Eijaz Khan as Ravi Verma.
