Ekta Kapoor BASHED For Wearing Shorts At Siddhivinayak Temple, ‘Mandir Ya Morning Walk’
Television czarina Ekta Kapoor has always managed to click with the audiences. She rules millions of hearts due to the numerous iconic daily soaps that she has made. But when it comes to public appearances, the producer often comes under the radar of trolls. Recently, something similar happened to Ekta. She wore shorts at the holy place, Siddhivinayak temple in Mumbai which made her a subject of brutal trolling.
Ekta was trolled for wearing shorts in the temple
The filmmaker who is a dedicated follower of Lord Ganesha, visited Siddhivinayak temple on Tuesday, which is considered to be the special day of Ganpati. For the outing, she opted for a T-shirt and shorts. Due to rain, she covered herself with a red-hued jacket. After seeking blessings from the Lord, Ekta made a quick exit. She was seen getting protected by a member of the temple’s management.
Post her visit, many photos and videos of the producer from inside and outside the temple premises went viral on social media. Netizens became really angry seeing Ekta in shorts, something that is not allowed at Siddhivinayak. They began slamming the ‘Alt Balaji’ owner for not being careful with her clothing while visiting a holy place.
One nasty troll wrote, “Chaddi pehan kr darshan krne gae thee.” Another stated, “Shorts in mandir?! Hopeless!”. A third one suggested, “Ye Mandir me to pure kapde pahen k ja sakti thi”. “Darshan karne gayi thi ya karane,” joked a netizen. “Mandir gayi ya morning walk,” asked a user.
