The Entertainment diva told the Hindustan Times, “It has come to my attention that rumors are being circulated alleging my involvement and dealings with cryptocurrency. I’d like to request my friends in the media not to circulate any such fake, misleading, and false reports and rumors. In the meantime, my team is looking into the matter to initiate appropriate action.”

Previously, a South media portal reported that ex-soldier Ashokan from Puducherry invested ₹1 crore and encouraged his friends to invest ₹2.40 crores more in the cryptocurrency investment scheme. They all lost their money, and then Ashokan filed a case, naming Tamannaah and Kajal Aggarwal as he attended the launch events where these two celebrities were special guests.
