Justin Timberlake’s upcoming tour schedule has been hit by a health setback, prompting the singer to postpone the scheduled dates. In a recent Instagram post, Timberlake informed his fans about his health and revealed that he had been diagnosed with bronchitis and laryngitis. The singer also confirmed that six of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour concerts will be postponed to February 2025. The shows were originally slated to take place in October this year.

“Hey guys – I haven’t been feeling great the last few shows and turns out I have bronchitis and laryngitis. I’m so sorry to say I do need to reschedule the next few shows from 10/23 through 11/2. New dates listed above. Thank you for understanding – I’ll make it up to you – JT,” he wrote on Instagram.

According to the post, the rescheduled concerts will take place in Chicago (February 14), Detroit (February 20), Milwaukee (February 22), Grand Rapids, Michigan (February 18), and St. Paul, Minnesota (February 24). Additionally, Justin, who was set to perform in Columbus, Ohio, on Wednesday, also announced his cancellation a day in advance, postponing it to February 27, 2024.

Notably, this is not the first time that the Cry Me a River singer has postponed his shows this month. Earlier, he faced intense criticism after cancelling his October 8 concert in Newark, New Jersey, just an hour before it was due to start. In a statement, Timberlake said, “I’m so sorry to postpone tonight’s show. I have an injury that is preventing me from performing. I’m so disappointed to not see you all – but I’m working to reschedule ASAP. I promise to make it up to you and give you the show y’all deserve. Thank you guys for understanding. Appreciate your support always.”

The concerts came several weeks after the singer got embroiled in a drunk driving case. Having pleaded guilty in court, Timberlake was sentenced to 25 hours of community service along with a penalty of $500 and a $260 surcharge for driving under the influence. Besides, his DWI was also reduced to a non-criminal violation. He addressed the media and apologised publicly, before speaking about the dangers of driving impaired.
