There’s massive excitement for Hrithik Roshan’s upcoming film ‘Krrish 4’ especially after it was announced that the actor will be directing the film. Now, as per reports, Priyanka Chopra has been roped in as the female lead in Hrithik’s directorial debut film. The actress, who was a part of Krrish, and Krrish 3, will reprise her role as Priya Mehra in Krrish 4!
Pinkvilla recently reported that hrithik Roshan and Aditya Chopra have locked Priyanka Chopra to play the female lead of Krrish. A source told the portal, “Hrithik and Priyanka are a successful pair and have an excellent work relationship. It was more of a no-brainer for PC to come on board Krrish 4, as the story continues the journey of characters from Koi Mil Gaya to Krrish, Krrish 3, and now the fourth instalment. The actress was bowled over by the vision of Hrithik Roshan to take the franchise forward, and was ecstatic to see him take over the challenges of directing the film.”
Currently, the pre-production work of Krrish 4 is underway at YRF, and a VFX team is working on the pre-viz of this superhero film. While Hrithik is closely working with his team of writers and Aditya Chopra on fine-tuning the script. The film is expected to go on floors in the first quarter of 2026. Krrish 4 will also mark the return of Jadoo, 23 years after the film ‘Koi… Mil Gaya.’
We are sure fans are super-excited to see Priyanka and Hrithik share screen space once again! In the past, they worked together in films such as Agneepath, Krrish and Krrish 3.
Meanwhile, recently at an event in New Jersey, Hrithik Roshan revealed that he met Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas in the USA. “Last night I was with Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra. We were watching his broadway show, which is by the way, brilliant. He is absolutely amazing! Its called the ‘Last Five Years’. If you haven’t seen it, you must see it. And we were chatting. And he told me he is from New Jersey,” he said. The video went viral, and led to speculations about Priyanka’s involvement in Krrish 4.
