Likewise, the story has been inspired by notes that MA Nishad’s father, Senior Police Officer PM Kunhimoideen, made in his diary about a case when he was employed in the police force. The film will feature Shine Tom Chacko in the lead role. The film will also feature Mukesh Vani Viswanath, Samuthirakani and Ashokan in major roles. Despite this movie, MA Nishad is an acclaimed Indian film director screenwriter, actor and producer, known for his incredible contributions to Malayalam Cinema. He has often made social dramas in Malayalam. He began his career with Pakal (2006) and Nagaram Pasupathy on Vairam: Fight for Justice, later dubbed into Tamil as Ammu Kolai Vazhakku. As a producer, Nishad contributed significantly to the industry starting with Oral Mathram (1997), a film dealing with familial relationships. His later productions include Dream (1999) and Thillana Thillana (2003).
