Actor Prateik Babbar is reportedly set to tie the knot with his fiancée, actress Priya Banerjee, on Valentine’s Day 2025.
This will be Prateik’s second marriage, following his previous union with filmmaker Sanya Sagar. The couple will have an intimate wedding ceremony surrounded by close friends and family.
After getting engaged on February 14, 2023, the couple has chosen the same meaningful date for their wedding. According to The Times of India, the ceremony will follow traditional Indian customs and is likely to be held at Prateik’s residence in Bandra.
Although the couple has not made an official announcement, sources indicate that they are planning an intimate yet heartfelt wedding. With Prateik’s deep connection to his family, the ceremony is expected to hold great emotional significance.
Prateik, son of the late actress Smita Patil and actor-politician Raj Babbar, has always kept his personal life low-key. His relationship with Priya Banerjee became public in 2023 when they announced their engagement on social media.
Prateik was previously married to Sanya Sagar, tying the knot in January 2019. However, their marriage reportedly came to an end during the lockdown. Prior to that, he was in a relationship with British actress Amy Jackson, but the two parted ways after a year of dating.
On the professional front, Prateik recently appeared in Khwaabon Ka Jhamela alongside Sayani Gupta. He is also set to feature in Sikandar, starring Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna, which is scheduled for an Eid 2025 release. Additionally, he will star in the Indo-UK co-production Lioness, portraying a British Sikh named Rajdeep Singh.
