Salman Khan to head to Rajkot for Sikandar’s wrap –

Sikandar is on the verge of wrapping its shoot soon. The film has been shot over a period of 6 months and will soon reach its final point. After completing the shoot for his cameo in an Arab film, Salman Khan will return to the Sikandar sets to finish it up.

As per a report in Mid-Day, Salman will head to Rajkot for a 2-day shoot of AR Murugadoss’ action drama, and after that, it will be an official wrap on the project. “Led by Murugadoss sir, the team has been going full throttle on the shoot. Salman finished the Mumbai schedule on February 14 late at night. The unit wrapped up at 6 am. All major portions have been shot and have reached the edit table. Only a two-day shoot with Salman in Rajkot is remaining, which has been lined up for the first week of March,” a source close to the production told the portal.

Sikandar will be ready for an Eid release by the end of March, and the makers will drop the trailer in the first 10 days of March, followed by a couple of songs. “The film has high-octane action sequences that require VFX and meticulous post-production work. Murugadoss is overseeing the editing, and producer Sajid Nadiadwala has allotted additional resources to expedite the process,” the source added.

Directed by Ghajini fame AR Murugadoss, Sikandar stars Salman Khan in the titular role. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Sathyaraj, Prateik Babbar, Sharman Joshi, Anjini Dhawan, and Kajal Aggarwal.
