Siddhant Chaturvedi, known for his roles in Gehraiyaan and Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, rose to fame after his impressive performance in Gully Boy. However, before his breakthrough, the actor revealed in an interview with Mashable India that he faced a difficult period when his debut film was scrapped.

The actor shared that the experience was so impactful that he decided to shave his head as a way to move on and leave the character behind. He expressed his disappointment at the time, believing that the film would have launched his career.

As per reports, Siddhant said, “Whenever I would look in the mirror, I would just see that character. So, I shaved my hair. It was a big hit for me as I had thought my life would be set after the film as I was getting launched.”

Without revealing much about the movie, Siddhant said,  “Oh well, this was easy” as he gave only 4-5 auditions for that but later it jolted him. “I was really low and for the next three months after that, till my hair didn’t grow, I was in a Zen mode after that,” Chaturvedi revealed.

On the work front, Siddhant will next be seen in Dhadak 2.
