Siddharth Starrer Crosses 2 Crores But Disappoints Overall

The Tamil film Miss You, starring Siddharth and Ashika Ranganath, was released on the big screen on December 13, 2024. Its endearing romantic genre was expected to strike a chord with the audience and the box office. However, the film was not able to impress at the box office and remained at the lower levels on its fourth day. Here is a look at its box office performance on its fourth day.

Miss You Box Office Collection Day 4

The Siddharth starrer saw a drop in its collection on its 4th day. It earned 41 lakhs on its 4th day, whereas the movie had amassed 80 lakhs on its 3rd day. It was a drop of around 0.80%. The total India net collection of the film now comes to 2.39 crore. The movie has managed to cross 2 crores but still showcases a dismal run. The film was expected to receive positive word of mouth, which would have resulted in a boost in its collection.

Miss You opened at 45 lakhs, which was quite unimpressive. On its 2nd day, the collections saw a slight increase and earned 73 lakhs. Till now, the day-wise collection has not touched 1 crores, which is resulting in a slow pace for the film. It will be interesting to see whether the collections see an improvement in the coming days.

The Siddharth starrer also received a mixed review from the fans and the critics alike. The film will further face a tough challenge because of the ongoing Pushpa 2 storm which is leaving little or no hope for its competitors. Talking about Miss You, the movie has been directed by N Rajasekar. It also stars Ashika Ranganath, Karunakaran, Bala Saravanan, Lollu Sabha Maaran, and Ponvannan.
