If reports are to be considered, Bollywood diva, Sonakshi Sinha recently purchased a lavish apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra location. Reportedly, her recently bought apartment is located in the Bandra Reclamation area of the city. After doing thorough research, it was found that the location where Sonakshi has purchased her house is believed to be the wealthiest localities. The area is marked by its facilities of providing the inhabitants and residential societies with a fresh and eye-pleasing view of the sea.
Sonakshi Sinha’s lavish house cost the actress above 10 Crores
Recently, an online web portal, Zapkey shared some documents featuring Sonakshi Sinha’s recent purchase of a house in Mumbai. It was mentioned in the documents that the actress paid a whopping amount of Rs. 11 crores for the purchase. In addition, the reports stated that the house was bought on August 29, 2023, and was sold by the seller, Pyramid Developers. The actress paid a huge amount of Rs. 55 lakh for the stamp duty and Rs. 30,000 as advance registration fees.
When Sonakshi Sinha shared glimpses of her sea-facing apartment
Taking to her social media channel, Sonakshi Sinha shared a series of glimpses from her lavish apartment. The actress looked stunning in a black-hued ensemble, paired with a white cap. The pictures featured lots of furniture and upholstery lying unopened in her living area. However, it was the eye-soothing view of the Mumbai skyline and the sea link which grabbed our attention. Sharing the pictures, the actress described how difficult it is to organize one’s house. Her caption can be read as:
