‘Stay Away…’: Kangana Ranaut Warns Bollywood From THIS Amid Pathaan Success
Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan broke several box-office records since its January 25 release. Meanwhile, actor Kangana Ranaut has been tweeting about the film. Kangana said that Pathaan paints the ‘enemy’ Pakistan in a good light. She slammed those who talked about ‘triumph over hate’ after the film’s success. Kangana issued a warning to Bollywood.
She said that people from the film industry should ‘enjoy their success.’ They should ‘stay away from politics.’ Recently, actor Alia Bhatt, as well as filmmaker Karan Johar, praised Pathaan on Instagram. Alia said ‘love always wins.’ On the other hand, Karan wrote ‘love forever trumps hate.’ They reacted to Pathaan grossing ₹106 crores worldwide on its first day.
On Saturday, Kangana Ranaut recently returned to Twitter. Her account was banned in 2020 for violating the social media platform’s rules. She said that Bollywood people should not try to project that they are suffering from Hindu hate in this country. If she hears another comment on ‘triumph over hate,’ she will take a class.
Reacting to her latest tweet, a section of Twitter users pointed out that Kangana was tweeting ‘desperately’ about Pathaan for her personal gain. One user said that keeping aside Pathaan, one example of ‘triumph over hate’ is how her nine movies tanked one after another. Another person said if she was not from Bollywood.
On Friday, in a series of tweets, Kangana addressed those who claimed Pathaan is a triumph of love over hate. She said that the film is running successfully in theaters because of India’s love and inclusion for a film called ‘Pathaan.
