Stree 2 producer Dinesh Vijan revealed that Stree 3 has already been written so the wait for the next sequel will be less.

Dinesh Vijan said – “Stree 2 is like a mothership. It answers a lot of questions that Stree raised. It also tells you what the connections are. What will come next. After Stree 2 would be a film called Thama, which we’ll tell you about later. We have already written Stree 3, so the gap will be less.“

Stree 3 – Akshay Kumar As The Villain?
Stree 3 is expected to be released in cinemas in 2025. Akshay Kumar made a pivotal cameo in Stree 2 and has an interesting twist in the post-credits scene. He might possibly be the next new supervillain.
Meanwhile, Ayushmann Khurrana has been roped in for Vampires of Vijay Nagar. His introduction into the franchise was hinted at in the Stree 2 post-credits scene.

Directed by Amar Kaushik, starring Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurrana, Stree 2 has taken the theatres by a storm. The horror-comedy has already crossed over 400 crores worldwide!
