Swatantrya Veer Savarkar Box Office Collection Day 3: Crosses 6 Crore Mark In Its Opening Weekend!
Randeep Hooda’s Swatantrya Veer Savarkar grew further on Sunday as 2.75 crores came in. Yes, the growth is not as big as how it was on Saturday when the film had collected 2.25 crores after Friday had opened at 1.10 crore. However, at least there is growth instead of footfalls remaining stagnant.
The film also had the advantage of today being a partial holiday (due to Holi) and hence, the evening and night shows were better. Otherwise, considering the fact that this one is a three-hour-long film, the late-night shows would have certainly been impacted had this been a regular weekend. Now it has to be seen how Swatantrya Veer Savarkar turns out to be today since even though it’s a holiday, the advantage isn’t much. First and foremost, theatres in most parts of the country will open only in the afternoon. Secondly, night shows are bound to be impacted further.
That said, the film, Swatantrya Veer Savarkar has now crossed the 6 crores mark and currently stands at 6.10 crores. The film deserves to get a lot more moolah due to its good content, and for that, word of mouth is required to spread much faster. It would all boil down to how it all catches up further today because from tomorrow, regular weekdays will begin, and audience feedback will be the deciding factor for collections to be equal to or greater than Friday numbers.
