Swatantrya Veer Savarkar Box Office Collection Day 6: Brings In 1 Crore Again On Wednesday
Yet again, there was negligible drop on Wednesday for Swatantrya Veer Savarkar as 1 crore came in. There was no BOGO offer, no cheap rate tickets or anything else. Moreover, it’s also a couple of days after Holi which means the holiday effect is also gone. There is no other push either. Still, the film managed to see consistent footfalls and that’s a positive sign indeed.
The trend needs to continue though with no fall in coming days either as that’s key to some sort of a run that the Randeep Hooda film manages. The good part is that Tuesday was 1.07 crore and now Wednesday is 1 crore, which means the drop is just of a few lakhs and less than 10%. If the same turns out to be the case today as well then that would be nice, though it would be tough to continue to maintain that 1 crore score.
The film has managed to get into a double digit score and collected 10.32 crores so far. At a bare minimum too, 11 crores mark would be crossed by end of first week and post that the crucial second week would begin. There is a big Hollywood film releasing and also Bollywood’s own Crew, both of which are carrying good reports and will collect at least 18 crores between them. Add to that Shaitaan and Madgaon Express also running in parallel, and Swatantrya Veer Savarkar has a job cut out for itself.
