But it appears that Munjya star Sharvari has replaced Tripti as the female lead opposite Kartik Aaryan. As per a Peeping Moon report, the makers didn’t want to repeat Kartik-Tripti’s jodi so soon after Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

Sharvari is all set to play an emotionally compelling character in this musical love story, which will go on floors next year in January. This project was initially announced as Aashiqui 3, but due to rights dispute with Mukesh Bhatt (co-producer of Aashiqui franchise), it will now be a stand-alone film.
Pritam will handle the music for this yet untitled romantic drama. Basu will begin shooting for this after his anthology, Metro… In Dino.
Sharvari To Star In Alpha Next –
Sharvari, on the other hand, has the YRF action extravaganza – Alpha with Alia Bhatt lined up ahead of her. She has had a successful year at the movies this year with diverse projects like Munjya, Maharaj, and Vedaa in her repertoire.
