Tumbbad Re-release Crosses 2018 Run’s Lifetime Numbers in First Week
Tumbbad re-release box office update:
Tumbbad re-release is a success story! The mythological Horor mystery has made a successful re-run in cinemas, bringing back the memories of old Bollywood movies from the 70s. The Tumbbad re-release has surpassed the lifetime numbers of its original run in the first week only.
Tumbbad (2018) had collected a 12.14 crore nett in its lifetime run in October. Now, after 6 years, the re-release has crossed those numbers within the first week, making a historic feat for any low-budget film in recent times.

Rahi Anil Barve’s horror mystery collected 7 crore nett in the opening weekend and turned out to be a bigger grosser than the new release, The Buckingham Murders. The film showed a decent hold weekdays and collected a little over 5 crore nett in the 4 days, taking its first total over 12 crore nett. It will now be looking for another good weekend since there is no competition other than Stree 2, which is running riot at the ticket windows.

Sunday – 3.00 crore nett
Monday -1.65 crore nett
