Vedang Raina Attends Loveyapa Screening, Blushes After Paps Call Khushi Kapoor’s Film ‘Hit’

The makers of the Loveyapa, featuring Junaid Khan, son of Aamir Khan and Khushi Kapoor, daughter of Boney Kapoor, hosted a special screening of the film on Sunday. Several renowned faces of the B-town marked their presence at the premiere night. Among all was The Archies actor and Khushi’s rumoured boyfriend Vedang Raina who arrived to support her and reacted to being asked if the film was a ‘hit.’
In one of the viral videos, the actor is seen coming out of his car and posing in front of the shutterbugs stationed outside the theatre. The paps, while calling him ‘Handsome boy’ asked, “Khushi ji ki movie hit hai (Is Khushi ji’s movie a hit)?” To which, he turned red and replied in shyness, “Bilkul (of course), hit hai (It’s a hit)!”
For the premiere night, Vedang Raina opted for a black shirt paired with beige pants and white sneakers.
Recently, during a rapid-fire interview with Connect Cine, Khushi was asked which romantic moment she wanted to capture on her phone. She responded: “Not necessarily, but if I had to choose one thing, then I think I would say a proposal.” When asked if any previous proposals had made an impact on her, she openly admitted, “I have not been proposed to yet.”
Rumours of Khushi dating Vedang have been circulating online for a long time now. The Jigra actor was also seen attending Khushi’s pyjama party, which was attended by her best friends. However, neither of them has ever reacted nor dismissed these dating rumours.
Both of them appeared in Zoya Akhtar’s musical drama The Archies, which marked their acting debut. The film was released on Netflix. While Khushi played the role of Betty Cooper, Vedang was seen as Reggie Mantle in the film.
Apart from Vedang, other celebs who attended Loveyapa screening include Junaid Khan, Khushi Kapoor, Aamir Khan, Ira Khan, Zara Khan, producer Madhu Mantena and others.
Loveyapa is helmed by Advait Chandan, known for Laal Singh Chaddha. The film also features celebs like Ashutosh Rana, Kiku Sharda, Grusha Kapoor, Tanvika Parlikar and Kunj Anand in pivotal roles. It will be hitting the theatres on February 7.
