One such noteworthy moment was Kartik Aaryan and Katrina Kaif’s impromptu dance act on the stage. The duo matched steps to the title song of Kartik’s film Bhool Bhulaiyaa. While Kartik showed her the hook steps, Katrina effortlessly followed him, giving a one-of-a-kind performance. While footage of their performance is winning the internet’s heart, several stills were also shared on IIFA’s official handle.
Katrina was seen dressed in a stunning silver sequin gown, while Kartik picked a black suit for the night. The pictures, shared on the IIFA page, show some close-up glimpses of the dance act, and you can’t miss the bright smile on Katrina’s face. The caption read, “When Rooh Baba meets Sheila – only supreme entertainment can unfold!”
Another clip on the official page shows Katrina congratulating the IIFA on completing 25 years. She also acknowledged her delight at being part of the mega event.
At the ceremony, Kartik Aaryan won the Best Actor award for his performance as Rooh baba in Bhool Bhulaiya 3. The film also starred Triptii Dimri, Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit. Next, he has a promising list of projects lined up. He is working with Karan Johar on Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. He is also preparing to fascinate audiences in one of his most anticipated films directed by Anurag Basu. Moving on, he is reported to appear in Pati Patni aur Woh 2 and Prem Ki Shaddi.
On the other hand, Katrina Kaif was recently seen in Merry Christmas alongside Vijay Sethupathi. She was also nominated in the Best Actress category for her performance in the film at IIFA 2025. Katrina is supposed to be a part of Farhan Akhtar’s upcoming film Jee Le Zaraa with Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra but the film has been delayed for a long time.
