Wraps Up Its Successful Run Just Below 30 Crores

The Malayalam action film Rifle Club witnessed a successful run at the box office. Despite being mounted at a limited budget, the film recovered its budget but did not garner the hit tag. As it finally wraps up its box office run, take a look at its closing performance.

Rifle Club Worldwide Closing Box Office

In its closing box office performance, the Vijayaraghavan starrer’s total India net collection came to 17 crores. At the same time, the gross collection stands at 20.21 crores. The movie garnered 9.25 crores when it came to the overseas collection.

Rifle Club thus wraps its worldwide closing box office collection with 29.46 crores. The movie has pulled the curtains below 30 crores. The Vijayaraghavan starrer could have crossed 30 crores but the day-wise collections had drastically reduced. The movie was also facing a tough competition from the other recently released South releases like Game Changer, Daaku Maharaaj, Marco, Identity, Rekhachithram, Sankranthiki Vasthunam, and others.

Rifle Club’s Closing ROI Percentage

The Vijayaraghavan starrer might have missed out on the hit tag, but it still became a success as it managed to recover its entire budget. The movie was mounted at a limited budget of 10crores. With its current India net collection of 17 crores, its closing ROI (Return On Investment) stands at 7 crores. This has resulted in its ROI percentage to be around 70%. This makes the movie’s box office performance definitely an impressive one.

Rifle Club’s OTT Release

Meanwhile, Rifle Club was recently released on the OTT streaming platform, Netflix. It was released on January 16, 2025, in the same. It will be interesting to see whether the movie receives the same positive response in the digital sphere as it received during is theatrical run.
